You know me! I tend to worry a little too much over things that don’t matter. I am very surprised over the culture in this part of the country. I had a feeling I knew the Czech through and through, but it seems that the Czech Republic is different in different regions (just like in Holland for that matter). It takes a bit to adjust to that.

The better part is that it’s more at ease here than in Prague. Prague is very massive in tourists and here it’s quieter. I do like that part. The beer is good and the weather is pretty.

I have learned that people here think it is alright to slack in all things, including learning any Western language even just for a little bit. It’s nuts. I have sent an e-mail to the pension to declare that I will not stay any longer from Monday on if I cannot pay for the room on Monday with my credit card. I will take my business elsewhere.

I am surprised. I thought by now I knew the Czech people through and through. I have been in this region before, but just for day trips. The game here seems to be pretty different. We’ll see how things work out on Monday.

I hope they get that damn credit card reader fixed. It’s amazing to me that they thought it was alright to let the thing sit for two weeks.
